Educational Purpose
Detox America is an environmental health education program produced by IPAK-EDU. It is designed to help participants identify and reduce unnecessary toxic exposures in their homes and communities through evidence-informed practices.
This program does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Detox America curriculum, sessions, materials, or certificates is intended to prevent, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition. Participants should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any health concern.
Enrollment and Access
By enrolling in Detox America, you agree to use the program materials, session content, and certificates solely for personal educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit program content without written permission from IPAK-EDU.
Payment and Refunds
The enrollment fee is $45 USD. All sales are final. Because access to program materials and session scheduling is made available immediately upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at detoxamerica2026@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
Certificates
Module and program completion certificates issued by Detox America represent completion of the educational curriculum as designed by IPAK-EDU. They are not professional licenses, medical credentials, or regulatory certifications.
Intellectual Property
All program content, session recordings, workbooks, and materials are the intellectual property of IPAK-EDU. Participants are licensed to access content for personal educational use only. Recording of live sessions without instructor permission is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
IPAK-EDU and Detox America provide this program in good faith for educational purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes from implementing practices discussed in the curriculum. Participants implement any recommendations at their own discretion and risk.
