About Detox America

A 7-module environmental health education program produced by IPAK-EDU

Educational Disclaimer: Detox America is an environmental health education program. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in this program is intended to prevent, treat, or cure any disease or health condition. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical guidance.

The Problem We Are Solving

Pesticides matter. They do not stand alone. Families face a layered toxic burden from water contaminants, food packaging chemicals, synthetic fragrances, VOCs, mold, combustion byproducts, radon, microplastics, and constant low-level exposures that regulators treat as separate while real people absorb them all at once.

That is the scam. They fragment the problem, delay review, dilute accountability, and leave families carrying the cost. We reject that model. Detox America starts local — because local is where people still hold leverage. At the sink. In the pantry. In the laundry room. In the nursery. On the school board agenda. If the toxic burden is cumulative, our response must be cumulative too.

This is not fear-based. It is power-based.

The 7 Modules

The program moves through seven environments, completed in sequence. Each module is a live Zoom session covering that environment — with Topics, self-assessment, certificate, and recorded video access. Module 1 (Detox Your Home) covers 8 Topics including indoor air, water, food packaging, cleaners, EMF, mold, hobby exposures, and combustion sources.

Module 1 — Detox Your Home
Module 2 — Detox Your School
Module 3 — Detox Your Playground

Module 4 — Detox Your Air
Module 5 — Detox Your Water
Module 6 — Detox Your Food

Module 7 — Detox Your Policy

Program Structure

Each module is a 60–90 minute live Zoom session led by a certified Detox America instructor. Within each module, Topics guide participants through specific exposure domains with evidence-informed actions called Detox Upgrades. Participants complete a self-assessment after each session. The program administrator reviews the assessment and issues a module certificate, along with the recorded session video password. Participants complete modules in order at their own pace. There is no time limit on enrollment.
